Task-oriented dialogue subcorpus

Description

The 'task-oriented' dialogue subcorpus includes high-quality studio recordings of conversations between two speakers oriented to a goal. In each conversation, one of the speakers asks for some information ('asker' role) and the other one answers to his/her questions ('giver' role).

Each pair of speakers performed three tasks, each one about ten minutes long:

  • Transport: travel information.
  • University: information request for an exchange university course.
  • Tourist: information request for a touristic route.
